The have been chosen very carefully to be the rudest people in Maryland. Thank God I left this place, if it was not for the pandemic I would have left this place after the first year. If you are planning to live there think twice and pay attention to the attitude of the people in the leasing office specifically the one that her office is when you enter the door. She is the rudest, she never smiles, it is like she will get charged if she smiled. I'm trying to save anyone who is planning to live there, and if you decided to live there, I wish you the best luck trying to deal with this kind of people. Most of all, my apartment is spacious enough for me to house all of my household goods and helps me eliminate a storage expense. I definitely recommend this place but only to those that want to keep the neighborhood quiet and clean. The staff is rude and disrespectful particularly Tamika!

If I could rate my living experience here I would give it NO STARZ! I don’t know where to start management is rude and doesn’t know anything about professional if it smacked them in the face. Maintenance takes entirely too long to fix things and to respond to your ticket. It’s probably not even enough characters allowed for me to type everything I hate about my living experience here for the past year.

Unlike other apartments, Briarwood has a huge master bedroom, washer and dryer, beautiful backsplash in the kitchen and to top it off the staff at Briarwood is AMAZING. Great team, friendly, courteous, professional, and they over and beyond to assist in any way possible. Just recently added a fitness center on the property for convenience. Baltimore Washington Parkway just minutes away. I gave it one stair because I had to give one in order to write a review. I have an issue with water pouring from the upstairs appointment in to my bathroom.
Thank you for sharing your experiences and I apologize that your experience at the property did not end positively. I have shared your comments and concerns about maintenance with upper management. I have lived here for a year now, and they are always changing their living conditions here. Now, starting in September they will have to pay for parking like this is a parking garage. If I have more time a year ago I would have kept looking.
